Our story
Opened in 2017, the Big Horn Cafe provides specialty coffees to the idyllic mountain town of Radium Hot Springs. From our Italian La Marzocco espresso machines to the cafe's interior and Douglas Fir table tops, we wanted to blend the modern with nature.
We focus on quality in everything we do. From our in-house baking to our specialty drinks, we aim to provide our customers with the very best experience. Our goal is to provide a clean and inviting space where locals can gather and visitors can feel like locals, even if they’re just grabbing something to go.

My story
I left behind a corporate career in Calgary, longing to control my destiny. Being an avid skier and golfer, the mountains were always my second home. I wanted to create a space where people enjoyed working, all while bringing the specialty coffee culture to the mountain town I’ve been coming to for years.
Our cafe family is passionate about everything, from our baked goods to the coffee and other drinks we serve. We have evolved over the years, listening to our customers and continuing to bring quality products and offerings to our local following. We take pride in what we’ve built here.
It’s been a crazy ride, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
